Gerry is an experienced public sector finance administrator with over 38 years of service in State and local government. Gerry also serves as Treasurer for Comunidades Enraizadas Community Land Trust and is Assistant Treasurer for the Chelsea Education Foundation. While at Chelsea Public Schools, Gerry led efforts to improve financial and reporting systems, undertook energy efficiency and facilities improvements, improved school nutrition standards, and integrated technology in operations and in the classroom. Gerry has been a partner with GreenRoots on many initiatives over the past fifteen years and helps to ensure the organization’s financial solvency.
