Bagel Making at the Teaching Kitchen

About the Event

In this hands-on class, you will learn how to make bagels from scratch with Teaching Kitchen Coordinator Jojo! From mixing and shaping to boiling and baking, we will follow the whole process from start to finish. You'll be able to sample freshly baked bagels as well as take home bagel dough to bake at home.
