Discover Jewish culinary tradition and the history of Chelsea's Jewish community in this unique session at the GreenRoots Teaching Kitchen. Join us on July 30th from 5:30-7pm for a cooking demonstration and discussion with Food Anthropologist and Chelsea native Dr. Ellen Rovner as we explore the origins and evolutions of food as culture. This is a free event, with donations accepted at this link.
